Returns & Exchanges

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund* or exchange within 30 days of purchase date.

Refunds for items returned within (45) forty-five days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.

*All items must have all original packing. If item is a wearable garment the garment must not have been worn with the exception of trying-on the garment to insure proper fit.

Garments that have been tried-on and require a different size may be returned within (45) forty-five days of receipt for exchange of same or similar item.

The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred.

Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below.

1a. Get your “Return Authorization #” by calling customer service at 1-800-845-7088

1b. Click > REQUEST RETURN AUTHORIZATION < to submit a return request via email. Please include Refund or Exchange in the subject line and write a brief note as to what you need done.

A. If you are requesting a refund. Please include the words, “REFUND” and the “RETURN AUTHORIZATION #” on the outside of your package. Insert a copy of your invoice in the package.

B. If you are requesting an exchange.
Please include the words, “EXCHANGE “and the “RETURN AUTHORIZATION #” on the outside of your package. Insert a copy of your invoice in the package along with a notation of the new item number or new size for replacement.
